About Bill “Doc” Schulberg

Readiness Now Founder Doc Schulberg is a veteran of the United States Navy and Special Operations community, serving from 1981-2004 as an 18 Delta Corpsman. During his military career, Doc served in numerous, additional roles to include Naval Test Parachutist, Search and Rescue Corpsman Instructor, and Command Physical Fitness Instructor. He further taught courses in Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) defense and worked with NASA and the U.S. Military in the development and testing of survival equipment in desert, jungle, mountain and aquatic environments. Doc additionally planned and participated in critical survival operations for special operations units in multiple war-zones across the globe. After retiring from the Navy, Doc further honed his craft teaching security, communications and survival techniques to foreign military and security teams in numerous countries around the world. Doc is a graduate of Advanced Survival, Escape, Resistance and Evasion (SERE) school, Jungle Environmental Survival Training (JEST), USMC Sniper School and many more medical and survival based schools.
